Hope Mills Cumberland County businessman John Szoka announced today in Hope Mills that he is running for the NC House District 22 seat in the General Assembly. The district includes part of Cumberland County and all of Bladen County. Szoka said that he’s running because “there’s something wrong in state government. Frankly, it’s broken and needs fixing.
